FitWhere publishes gym location and membership price information gathered from public sources, operator-approved data, and internal verification workflows. If you contact us or use an admin-only workflow, we may process the information needed to respond or complete that workflow.

How We Use Data

We use data to operate the service, verify price records, prevent abuse, improve search quality, and maintain audit trails for price and onboarding decisions. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies And Logs

The public site may use basic operational logs. Admin areas use a session cookie to keep authorized operators signed in. Browser or hosting logs can include IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps.
